This policy and your health information

This policy covers information you give us through this website. Your dental and health records are protected by HIPAA and are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at both offices. If the two ever conflict about your health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices applies.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred office, preferred dentist, and your message.
• Phone calls and emails you start from this site, such as tapping a phone number.
• Basic technical information that any web server receives, such as your browser type and IP address, kept in standard server logs.

Please don't send detailed medical information through the contact form. We'll go over it by phone or at your visit.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you, schedule appointments, and run our practice. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

• Online booking is provided by Zocdoc. When you book there, Zocdoc's own privacy policy applies.
• Maps on our Contact page are provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
• Contact form messages are delivered to our office by a form-handling service.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics on this website.

How we protect it

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only office staff who need to respond to your message can see it, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose and our records.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. Parents or guardians should contact us on a child's behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we're required to keep it. Call either office or use the contact page.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
